Mine seems to come from peripheral neuropathy starting with my toes and up part way to my knees.

Looks like Livedo Reticularis (mottled skin pattern from swollen small veins). I have it and it concentrates over my knees most days. My Dr says it's benign but small clots are a risk.

Yes all the time ....It's not a good look and sometimes they get itchy and swollen
