I do I get different levels of relief depending on what I use. All cbd vape pen, tinctures, edibles cut the pain and help my anxiety. I have a high cbd product with really low thc that also has other things in it to promote sleep and relaxation helps with sleep.
I tried an rso that was one to one. So equal parts thc to cbd. It completely knocked out my pain. But I don’t like the way I feel after using it. I want to try a different brand though and see if that makes a difference. The one I tried made me feel out of my body and I don’t like that.

i also have COPD so can't smoke, however, I make my own cookies and sometimes use a specialized vape pen and find that it helps with the fibro type pain and insomnia. I don't know if it does anything for the underlying pathology but does help with symptom control. It is one of the only meds that doesn't hurt my liver. I look for strains that are high CBD'S and lower in THC so I can go about my day.

I live in England,it's all illegal here. But about a month ago the government allowed a mother to get it for her severely epileptic son, but it's only for rare cases. I would take it if I could it can't be any worse than all the drugs I take!
