I didnt have the same experience as you. After getting pregnant i didnt see my lupus consultant until after i experienced a flare 4 months after giving birth. They didnt monitor my pregnancy how i thought they would. I was treated as a normal healthy pregnant woman. Thankfully my pregnancy was pretty normal and i didnt experience any difficulty. I was actually about to be induced at 41 weeks but luckily went into labour a few hours before i was about to be induced. Did you still take all your medication while pregnant. I was on azathioprine before getting pregnant but stopped it during my pregnancy and didnt take anything throughout the entire pregnancy. But in hindsight i probably shouldnt have done that because since the flare after the babys birth i havent been able to get to a normalish state and come off the prednisolone

Hey sweety, i know you have to be off of itat least 6 months prior to becoming pregnant. So once you start planning, discuss other treatment options with your rheum.

I wish I could give you an answer. Could your answer be in the medication leaflet? The paper with the tiniest writing, sometimes can be found online for readability.

Have a great Friday!
