Try Bioton for your hair loss. It really helped me!!!
Try Biotin.
For now I would keep your hair shorter until it gets healthy again.
The longer your hair is the more stress on the folicals.
Especially a style that you can wash and go.
Try to stay away from blow drying hot irons etc.

Hey friend, I too lost a lot of hair when I was still in the process of being diagnosed- and even for a while after. I cut my hair to my chin as well. What I did that helped a lot was started taking 50,000 mcg of Biotin and 50 mg of Keratin every day in addition to Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin D, and a MultiVitamin. It has really helped fill my hair out and helped it grow back. I will show some pics, after 1.5 months of use. The first pic is before I cut it short- thing and balding. The second is after I cut it short. The third is after 1.5 months of Biotin and Keratin.
