My tongue feels like when you drink something too hot. What do you use to help a sore tongue?

I’m using Sodium bicarbonate mouth wash which gives relief. Candida in the mouth is problematic at times and most probably requires stronger treatment as directed by a doctor.

Yes! Burning sensation on the tip, swollen, lesions intermittently and swollen gums. At one point I detoxed and quit gluten/dairy/sugar for 6 months and most of my Lupus symptoms diminished. Mouth issues are worse than ever since I haven’t been sticking to a strict diet and skipping supplements. My dentist put me on Prednisone once which worked great but it’s not a long-term solution. Swishing with coconut oil helps. I did this 2x a day for a few days and it helped a lot. I’m starting a new supplement/detox powder tomorrow recommend by my DR. Thorne MediClear SGS. I’ll let you know how it works.
