For those have lupus rash and skin issues. Have any of you got a rash similar to this? This rash has shown up several times in the same spot on my right leg

I get those when I have a really bad flare and when my white blood platelet count drops.
Yes!!!! Mind comes out of nowhere and I get it on my lower right leg pretty routinely every few months. Comes and goes. Looks exactly like this. Was recently diagnosed with SLE due to positive ANA but waiting 4 months to get in with Rheumatologist!
I get that on my stomach not often on my legs but not as pronounced unless my skin is dry
Try Cortizone 10or Hydrocortisone cream. Benadryl if bad itching.
Could it possibly be a drug allergy? I had the rash on leg as well as cellulitis when the doctor kept putting me on Gabapentanoids for pain. Had to go to ER, but physician said I need to see a dermatologist & didn’t do anything. dermatologist said he didn’t know either. He said to go to Rheumatologist. Rheumatologist said to got to dermatologist. Just one big circle!
