Low dose Naltrexone helps me a lot. I get 50mg naltrexone pills (way cheaper from "GETLDN247" ❤️, just Google it), than get it compounded into 1.5mg doses. I've been doing this a few years with volumetric dosing. 50ml of distilled water with a 50mg tab of Naltrexone. Dose 1.5mg (1.5ml) with an oral syringe. I skip doses once in 3-4 days when I start feeling wired and over stimulated. Works great.. Made me feel better, helped with skin conditions.

I’ve not used naltrexone and don’t remember any literature in using it for lupus. There was a small study using it in fibromyalgia that was promising. Some of my patients with fibromyalgia responded positively to it.

One rheumatologist I saw suggested this treatment. This was before I had any testing but had a history of fibro. I said no because I am on pain management and take opioids and you CANNOT do opioid pain relievers with the naltrexone. Naltrexone is actually an opioid blocker so the 2 would contradict

I have read it works for some people tho but my pain was far too severe to end my pain management and try the naltrexone

Have you tried Benlysta, it is the only real breakthrough medication for lupus and myself and everyone I know who uses it have great results. I've just found out that it can be used as a daily injection instead of a monthly infusion. I'm staying on the infusion because I already inject Methotrexate and lovenox.

I have just started on this medication. I have a friend who has great success in treating her rheumatoid arthritis with it. If you research it on the internet there is useful info on LDN. I am at a last resort, because the Plaquenil i have been on for 2years is not helping. I have skin rashes on my chest, arms, face and scalp. extreme fatigue. I am tired of feeling like crap, and looking like I'm a methead.
