Does anyone experience numbness tingling feeling in hands and occasionally in feet?
Yes, I get this. I see a neurologist
It could be neuropathy pain. Ask your doctor. Praying for you.
@A MyLupusTeam Member, who me? An inspiration?!? Thank you for saying that. You’re too kind. God bless your kind soul. Xoxo
@A MyLupusTeam Member once I started experiencing the constant numbing from my butt cheek down to my toes they said it was my sciatica nurve.. after an MRI they saw 3 slipped discs. 1st they injected my back which only made it worse. Then I did 4 months of physical therapy. After a follow-up MRI 2 years later they now saw another slipped disc and niw they wanna do surgery. However, I refuse. I’m still trying to recoop from open heart surgery (I insist I didnt really need)
Massage therapy works really well. It's expensive if you don't have insurance, though, and you need to find someone who has training in your particular ailment. I go to a PT clinic. I use it for nerve pain, spinal pain, circulatory, and lymphatic. Like many, my tolerance to narcotics is ridiculous. If I can't find something else to help me, I have nothing. Maybe this can help you, too. Acupuncture is helpful but not for nerve pain...yikes!
