Seems like when I lie down, and get back up I can barely move. My lower back feels so stiff all the time.

My lower back is absolutely awful. It was kind of rough after I had kids, but then the lupus kicked in and it's awful. I have a heating pad permanently plugged in next to my spot on the couch lol. I'm usually good until I sit to rest in the afternoon. Then it's pretty well game over. :/ So sorry.

My lower back and hips are always stiff and achy. I practice yoga to help stay flexible.

My lower back swells up sometimes to the point where i cant lay back on it or put it against anything. Thought there was a problem with my spine but it isnt, guess its just a lupus thing. Havent found anything that helps with it
