Celery juice helps a lot with brain fog and fatigue. Drink 16 oz first thing in the morning. You will be amazed.

I struggle with brain fog at times as well. Generally if I am charge or have a really rough night it makes it worse. I know the inability to recall words and forgetfulness can be extremely frustrating, but thus far I find that sleep is the only thing useful. I have been moved (against my will mind you) to a new unit, went from days to nights, and had to completely change my nursing in this past year, which was my first year as a nurse. I think that stress makes it flare worse too. I know it sounds simple yet hard, but destressing, sleeping enough, drinking enough water, and good self care are sometimes the only things that can help. And reach out to the coworkers you trust for help when you need it. Best of luck to you. I know it is frustrating and annoying, and sometimes dangerous for us as nurses, but it will be ok. You got this.

That’s fantastic! I do eat clean 87% of the time and exercise but sleep is a hit or miss me😞

Sleep does the most for me in this situation. That said, I fought it for months on end with no break and I am finally having a period of clear thought. It's like the clouds lifted. That said, one more thing helps. You can tell from my pic that I am overweight, but I am finding that cleaning up my diet to unprocessed, healthier homemade food has helped with the mind fog. Not much else, but it did help with the mind fog and bonus, I dropped a few pounds when I started. That wasn't the goal. I just knew I had to do something different.
