I take zopidem meds which is a generic pill for ambien. Believe me it is very strong and you will knock out to sleep quick.

I use to take zolpidem but it made me projectile puke I'm currently on gabapentin amd it gently puts me to sleep the issue is I have a hard time getting up in the morning

Yes I do. Most of my is due to joint pain. I take Arthritis Tylenol who go to bed. It takes the edge off and I make sure I do not get hot. But still some nights are just horrible. Night time is just not good for me
