I have Sjogren's and I use Julva for my vaginal area. You can look it up on google. It's a little pricey but works really well. I use Smart Mouth for my dry mouth and breath, works great, you get it at Walmart. I use Cetaphil cream not the lotion for my skin and shea butter on my feet, knees, and elbows.

For dry mouth I use a mouthwash called Biotene that works great!!! Comes in a big white bottle & now comes in generic also in Walmart!!!😀👍🙏

Yep! Lol. It can be from meds, from loss of hormones, or even Sjögrens. For intercourse, use lubricants designed for this problem. You might need quality eye drops for your dry eyes, there are products for dry mouth, and for dry body, use bath salts as a water softener, I also use baby oil in my tub and rub it into my skin and pat dry. Just talk with your pharmacist and they will set you up with products you will need. We all get this at one time or another for many reasons. Good luck! ❤️🥰🦋

I got through stages like this and I think a yeast infection maybe but never confirm it just take monistat because once I had the dryness symptom only and they said it was a yeast infection. Now I am curious if I could have this too. My ANA came back highly suspected SLE lupus because of my blood test and symptoms. Have not seen a specialist yet.
