I was diagnosed with serve chronic migraines over 10 years ago and recently diagnosed with lupus. Anyone else dealing with migraines and lupus? Have you noticed any connection between the two?
Originally I was diagnosed with migraines and told to change the way I eat and avoid certain foods! However, a year later, more dots were connected and I was diagnosed with 💜Lupus! Migraines are inflammatory so yes, there is a correlation. I have found FEVERFEW💊, a plant🌱 based supplement to be beneficial .
Definitely related! I had them too bad before being diagnosed and they kept thinking it was hormones. Then a bunch of random more health issues they finally found the lupus.
I have headaches daily and 3-4 migraines a week. I have nights that I dont sleep much, always tired, pain and soreness all over, extremely stiff in the morninngs. Ive battled weight issues over the last few years as well.
For me classic migraines heralded a lupus flare. I pay attention to when I have frequent migraines for that reason.
Ive had the daith piercing for seceral years now and can honestly say I didnt see a difference. Im currently on an injectable migraine medicine and if that doesnt work my last hope will be botox.
