Anyone else experience more tendon pain or problems due to Lupus? I am still having problems with the tendons in my foot since my cheilectomy in December. But I am also experiencing pain and tenderness in my bicep/elbow/forearm. 🤔

This is what I have had success with:
•Unrefined virgin coconut oil to not only cook with but add to tea/coffee (I use organic herbal), drinks, smoothies, granola, porridge... Coconut oil is antibacterial, anti-viral, analgesic, anti-inflammatory.
MCT oil (refined coconut oil) aids energy but has less of the properties above.
BODY:
•Magnesium gel (spray?) (helps fibromyalgia, spasms). A friend swears by Dr. Teals (WalMart). It also comes with essential oils.
•Magnesium gel (spray?) + CBD oil (from hemp, No THC).
Mix together in hands, spread over painful areas.
FEET (Tops only):*
•Equal parts
coconut oil, sea salt, Epsom salts.
Put on socks, slippers, booties to cover/warm feet. When you remove these there will be grains of salt left you will have to brush off
*Feet feel better in about 10 minutes

Always keep copaiba and other essential oils out of the reach of children and pets. When used internally, especially excessively, copaiba essential oil side effects can include stomach pains, diarrhea, vomiting, tremor, rash, groin pain and sleeplessness. Topically, it may cause redness and/or itching.

Yes, I use diclofenac topical for that. Physio is also helpful. But with the bursitis in both shoulders I found nothing helped.

Yes, tendon pain is part of lupus. I've dealt with it for about 10 yrs, just seems to get worse every day. It usually takes me at least a year for it to ease and move on to another area of my body. I've had lupus my entire life, I was born with it, according to my doctor, I'm 74 now.
