I really don't know much about Systemic Lupus Erythematous. I only understand it as an autoimmune disease. Should I have my primary care physician refer me to an Autoimmune Specialist? I also have Rheumitoid Arthritis and Disc Degenerate Disease with Osteophytes present on the L1-3. So I'm kinda at a loss as what to do. What foods I should and shouldn't have.

I bought "The Lupus Encyclopedia". It helped explain a lot of my questions my rheumatologist didn't explain.

You need to go to a rheumatologist, a hematologist, a kidney doctor . If you have trouble with your eyesight you need to go to am eye specialist
