Does anyone randomly wake up with sore throats alot. You think maybe your starting to get a cold but it goes away. Also though the so throat is on the outside so it's almost like the sore throat is muscle...?
I have that issue with difficulty swallowing but its actually not a sore throat. If you can oin point the location and its not actually in your esophagus then its either a lymph node or like me on of the glands that attach to the salivatory gland. It gives me dry mouth when its really bad. Basically its an infection possibly. And it takes forever to go away. Sometimes it gets better but it always comes back.
Since i was young i have experienced this. My throat felt sore, almost like strep, and i would crash and need rest for a couple of days or a weekend lets say, then i’d feel fine. This is why i’ve said lupus was always looming somewhere in the background until a year and a half ago when it came on full force
I do a lot. It feels like I’m getting sick sometimes it’s the beginning of a flair. It’s just random.
I've been having the same problem. I went to my PCP and he told me to take Claritin non-drowsy. I took it for 2 days and it worked. I've never had an allergy issue all of my life but now I do. So in addition to the Methotrexate and folic acid I pop Claritin to try and feel normal.
