That looks to me like hives. My face typically looks like a 🦋. I have had hives numerous times (even have to keep EpiPens on me). I don’t seem to react to insect bits badly, but do molds and grasses. Doctors usually have to put me on prednisone for a week to 10 days when I have an outbreak.

Thank you ladies! Went to doc, it’s not from anything outdoors or bug bites 😫so he gave me a steroid cream and it’s already looking better!!

Almost looks like you walked through something outdoors (with sandals or flip flops on) that you’re allergic to. Hopefully that’s all it is. If it were me I’d wash it well and try low dose cortisone cream. If that doesn’t make a difference by tomorrow night I’d make an appointment with the doctor.
