After hearing alot about the RP with lupus I stared to wonder if my thought of always having poor circulation was actually it. So I started paying attention. My hands got pale and yellowish from my AC in 90 decree weather the other day and they feel a little numbish. Bottom pic. The top pics are maybe a half hour later once I got home. Any thoughts?

Same thing happens to me but like you, I never really paid attention. When I walk the dogs in the winter I wear 2 pairs of gloves otherwise my hands turn pale yellow and feel numb painful and I drop the lead

Raynaud's Disease.

It’s associated with mixed connective tissue disease. MCTD can show up as lupus or a couple of other ailments.

My daughter has that too, but in the cold her finger tips turn a blue, almost black color, toes too. Winter in really hard for her.

It looks like Raynard. I have the diagnosis. Check with your rheumatologist.
