I have been taking a supplement vitamin called_ Lupavita. I have been taking it for almost 3 yrs now. I found it on a Lupus site, It helps with the energy and fatigue. Its not a miracle, But it has helped me tremendously! I also drink Blueberries and strawberry smoothies, for they are the top 2 fruits for Lupus, I just need to add my vegetables, like. Kale, asparagas, celery and greens.I also take elderberry, which is Great for you! I hope this helps you! Sincerely, Tammy
