Hair falling out ?!

Has anyone ever dealt with sudden hair loss like a lot within a month?! Because that’s happening to me , my hair is falling out in clumps . I don’t know if this is due to lupus or dying ny hair. Also i have grays but will dying it make it fall out more? And what are some tips you all use to grow back hair loss ?

i have a lot of hair loss, but the Dr.'s say it's alopecia due to the lupus. haven't found anything that works. I'm still looking for something that works.

I have bald patches in my head. From what I just heard Plaquenil causes you to lose hair.
