Has anyone noticed that at night there pain level increases more with certain body parts? Do you feel it more at night when laying down? I have noticed that insomina hits me in waves. It will last for a time period then the struggle is over then BAM its back. Is all of this normal do others go through these things? My pain level is worse at night more than it is during the day & then on top of that, no sleep? πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ™…πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

My pain level increases at night. I try to utilize creams instead of pills. Biofreeze works great and it relaxes my muscles.

Possibly being more active during the day, takes your mind off the pain. When we try to go to bed to sleep, we become more aware of our pain πŸ’•πŸ’•

Yes.... I used to not too long ago fall asleep like a rock. Now I find myself tossing and turning half night wishing I was asleep. And random knife stabbing pains in my knee. And neck. Seems to be a learning experience. Hang in there ❀️

Unfortunately, yes. Try an over the counter sleep aid!

Yes, that happens to me. Seems to increase with the heat or change in weather.
