Types Of Tolerable Exercise?

I haven't been here in awhile. I am currently trying to get my weight back undercontrol. I used to exercise 6 times a week and was very fit. Lupus has defy changed that part of my life. I love going to the gym & I like you am an all or nothing kind of girl...I unfortunately had to put a hold on my membership as Lupus is kicking my ass at the moment...so...I do a 4 km walk with my dog every day, not a marathon just a brisk walk...in the mornings as the sun is not my friend...when I go back in October, I will try a few classes then do aqua fit in between, I love the feeling of movement so, maybe try aqua fit?

I guess I'm lucky in that I'm not that passionate about exercising so I can go part way in. easy cardio, light weights and lots of pullups and situps. lots of stretching too. I also pay attention to what I eat. mostly good but sometimes I treat myself still. Love to snow ski so will and have paid the price for skiing hard although these days, nothing like looking good on an groomer! good luck finding that perfect workout

Hi!! I have the same problem.. I love windsurfing! Last time I went it was the 16th of February, for my birthday.. I took one week holidays (for resting after the session) and I went windsurfing in 40 knots wind 😁 it was fantastic, my legs were still strong enough and I enjoyed a lot, but I know myself, I overpassed the limits of my body.. my friend with the jetski brought me back to the beach and my husband brought me home.. I had to rest in my bed for 3 days.. but it worths!!! I’m planning to try another time, even if I know it’s stupid and risky.. I need something of my “old, loved life”.. hoping you have a wonderful day full of happiness!
