Can anyone share their experience with any tongue issues related to lupus?

I have problems with dry mouth so I used Biotene Mouthwash. Lupus causes dry mouth & dry mouth also comes from taking lots of medications. Hope You Feel Better & God Bless You!!!🙏🙏🙏☺️☺️☺️💪💪💪🏵️🐝🌼🐝💚💙👌👍

Mine has been swollen for over a year, you can see my teeth marks. However two weeks ago I completely lost my taste (not my smell)...everything tastes exactly the same.
