Does anyone feel as if they hear their own heartbeat in their ears. It seems as if your ears are clogged but at the same time you can actually hear the same pattern as your heart beat. Just curious.

Yes are eat has the eardrum and the labyrinth which is made up of three tiny bones because of the heartbeat in your neck sometimes it radiates an you hear the beat in your ear but also if you hear a swishing sound or ringing that’s called tinnitus which effects our hearing especially when your in quiet places trying to go to sleep then you should try the white noise machine if it bothers you call your PCP or go see a ENT doctor hope this was helpful
