Yes! Neck back shoulders and I checked plenty of times for bugs! Ha! no bugs! I take a benadryl. Also vistaril helps with this. For some reason Lupus makes you feel like you have allergies as it over produces histamine.

I also get that creepy crawling feeling. Sometimes I wake up checking my bed and clothes for ants.lol nothing there. At least we all no were not crazy.🤪🐜🕷️
