Yes. The dry eye rash over the eyelids has started to become a problem. I went to the dermatologist and was given an ointment which seems to help.

I've been experiencing the same thing for a couple months now... dermatologist said possibly contact dermatitis as well but I don't agree. I have other areas of my body that have little tiny red patches that itch and burn... my rash isn't directly on my eyelids but right above, below my eyebrows. And that to itches and burns. My eyes are swollen every morning as well.

Make sure you dont have dermatomyositis. Thats a symptom of that and it tends to be a tricky one to diagnose
