Layering might help... wear a thin sock underneath your thicker sock. Air gets trapped between the layers and helps to keep you warmer. Have you put felt shoe liners in your boots? That will help to insulate your feet from the cold ground. I have found that mittens are warmer than gloves and you can layer them also.

Hi Daniela, I use half gloves/mittens inside to keep my hands even temperature, a floor heater at work to keep my feet warm and an electric pillow when I come home from work. :-)

I'm putting up with Raynauds right now too. Calcium channel blockers helped in the past but they make me feel like I can't sweat. I overheat and get so hot trying to get anything done around the house.

I wear super thick socks all the time and put on fleece-lined slipper boots. My toes are always like ice ❄️
