THC & CBD yes to both they help a lot. You have to research according to your ailments I can guarantee you will find something thats for you. I use the vape pen for both and I smoke the THC in hemp papers occasionally

Their are three types. Two that are useful one is endica which will make you relax or calm u down. Sativa will pep you up. However, both works great for pain. The last one is used to make rope.

That's true but with a little thc it does help inflammation it feels like nothing really but u feel and see the benefits im not sayn get high on it lol. U can't. Yes it would feel like aspirin rubiing on u it doesn't feel like anything and it's not the end all be all med for anything it just helps so does tumeric pills and that's a seasoning I believe but comes in pills u don't feel it it brings inflammation down.
