My sister got me some CBD gummies with elderberry because she read it’s good to boost the immune system. But I have read online it might not be so good and of course I know we are all different and everything affects us in different ways but I would like to hear some experiences.

Please only respond if you have tried CBD w/ Elderberry.

Maybe just regular cbd gummies is good but not elderberry it boosts your immune system we do take meds to lower our immune systems to lessen the destruction the lupus does to us for a reason...oh and echineachea is a no go too

I have not tried that brand but CBD has been amazing to me. It’s the best treatment I have found. I use the tincture I place a few drops under my tongue. I have not had a flare up in almost a year, it got better when I started the cbd. I still have SEL symptoms but rarely and not severe.

Elderberry can over stimulate the immune system, increasing lupus symptoms.😳

Use medical marijuana. It pretty good. Like mentioned above Indica and sativa. Indica at night and Sativa during the day. During the day 1 to 1 ratio is good and at night 1 to 9 ratio. You can use drops, capsules, patches, and the flower. It’s good to read up on the different strains. I personally like Mamosa.

I tried cookes, but they had no effect on me whatsoever! I think I will try the gummies. I want to try something to help relax and sleep. I spoke to my dr and neurologist, and rheumatologist, all said they would not recommend it.
