The past month ive been getting really bad pains in my arm, they kind of are dull and don’t ever go away.. i’ll feel it a bit more when I move my arm. I have arm pain especially if I sit too much in front of the PC and use my right hand or look down too much on my cell phone in general. I've had MRIs done and it's coming from my neck from C5 and C6. Yours may be something different but sometimes it comes from the neck. It can also affect the hands and the fingers. I go to a neurological chiropractor and he's given me different exercises to do that help get the muscle back and or other soft tissues in alignment . Depending on where the pain is there are some simple stretches that can help. Not sure if we are having the same kind of pain or not.
@A MyLupusTeam Member thanks this helps a lot!
I have those pains too. I total agree with Shotsey. My MRI shoeed the same thing & a little more...lol, but stretching & exercise was / is the formula for me as I try to stay away from as much meds as possible. Because with Lupus that list can get pretty long. But definitely talk to your dr. & even ask for a referral to see a Neurologist.
