I have recently discovered a 2inch by 1inch bald spot on my head the other day, have a dermo apt next week but want to know if anyone has ever experienced this. It’s new to me and I’m really sad about it and worried that it will continue.

Hi, I started that way 4 years ago. A bald spot on the side of my head. Very shortly thereafter, I lost all of my hair. I saw a dermo and he told me it was stress. Topical and shots didn't help. Since then I've lost an eyebrow and eyelashes. In June I was diagnosed with Lupus. I've started taking Plaquenil and I'm noticing some hair growth. At least the eyebrow seems to be sprouting. Just sharing my experience. Don't want to be a downer. Best of luck and stay positive.

Although I currently don't have any bald spots, I have experienced a lot of hair loss. I rub rosemary essential oil in my scalp and put some drops of it in my shampoo, and it has helped lessen the hair loss. I read rosemary oil naturally stimulates hair growth.
