I have recently did some reading on the benefits of microdosing psilocybin I have began experimenting, very small doses, to see the benefits for me. In 2 weeks I've noticed that my caffeine intake has dripped significantly. I've had no sleepless nights, less morning pain and have definitely had a better outlook on life. This is just my personal experience. I do not, by no means, want to offend anyone nor do I suggest the use of illegal drugs just saying it had worked for me so far!

It is legal where I’m at. My therapist and doctor both recommend trying microdosing. My doctor said it is a novel experimental treatment for autoimmune conditions. She has me on that and microdosing Ketamine along with high dose vitamin D since I am always low despite taking high doses of vitamin D. She also has me taking tinctures of All the other helpful mushrooms like lions mane, chaga, Reshi etc.

After the first week microdosing psilocybin I had a drastic decrease in chronic migraines, my brain fog started to clear and vision disturbances went away.

By week 2 with high dose vitamin D as well my periods of chronic fatigue drastically diminished and I was starting to feel productive and normal energy levels except the occasional small headaches and a day here and there of being tired but not as bad as before.

When I started the ketamine at first it brought back the migraines and fatigue and made me need more sleep and a hard time waking up.

Now after a week of ketamine and microdosing things have normalized again. For the last month I have only had 1 migraine and 2 days of being tired and no brain fog, joint pain, dizziness, lightness, or any of the other symptoms.

Before I started psilocybin I had daily migraines and chronic fatigue and brain fog. The rest of the symptoms came and went.
