I had those when Sjogrens became active. I would eat pop cycles all day. Luckily, after a few months it quieted down. Hope yours does too.

You may have to swish warm salt water a few times a day for several days. Also check with your doctor and see if the thrush dye would help, it’ll turn your mouth blue but it would be worth it! Are they just on that side? I found that braces wax on my teeth help with the rubbing an irritating them more.

Have you tried warm salt water swishes and oral gel to numb? Might help. Be well darlin

Sure hate to see you have so many I get two or three at a time they just seem to come and go ,for no reason.

I got those also when Sjogrens presented. I found pop cycles to help. Also there are several Biotin products that are helpful.
