Recently I get so stiff at night I have to get up every few hours and move around or it becomes unbearable. My joints crack like a glow stick. This is relatively new for me and my next appointment is a month away. Any recommendations or thoughts? Thank you 💕

Use aspercream, or ICYHOT.
Maybe a heating pad, but I don’t know. I have one finger that seems to draw up especially at night. I don’t know why... but you should find something that you can rub on your skin. I say that because more oral meds might interfere with your treatment
