Every month i had this problem. I am 34 and not having any more chlidren. I had an uterine ablation 5 months ago and it has been a game changer for me

I always flare with mine. But I recently tried Flo Vitamins and they seem to help the energy problem but not much else. I keep them *just* for the energy boost

Lately I have been feeling like that when I get mine. It drains me so much I feel so tired when I get it.
