I have that sunburn feeling all over exposed areas after being out in the sun or in the heat. The worst is my face. It feels cool to the touch, burns like crazy and flushes. Cold wet washcloth and aspirin. It helps. Sometimes accompanied by huge outbreak of perspiration on the body - not face. I'm currently undiagnosed. Good luck and big hugs.

Sunburn feeling could also be from neuropathy, it is for me. I see a neurologist and take gabapentin.
