Best state to minimize flares

I live in arizona and the summers are a killer. I feel completely worn down for months at a time. I am wanting to move to help ease my flares. Which state would help

Utah i never had a flare not once the whole year we were there in Ogden utah.it was amazing, I never felt free of Lupus until utah,Utah, since we came back to ks its a nightmare
