Chiropractor

Does anyone use a chiropractor? If so, does it help your pain? Does it involve deep tissue massage? Or just an adjustment? Would love some feedback. TIA💜

For a birthday present my sister took me out for a spa day got the hair cut, bought new purse, went to a masseuse. She just beat me up. I felt like a pretzel As we walked to the car my sister is so relaxed she did not want to leave.. I said next stop a two cocktail lounge.down the street. Then I began my slowly relax state.

I was blessed to find a great Chiropracter in 2020. He uses activator for adjustments. It took time to see results. Combined with PT it helped me avoid a two level cervical fusion, a disc surgery and an ankle surgery. Some of these might just be postponed, maybe for years but pain and function is so much better. He does a great job of answering my endless questions, explaining in detail the anatomy, why something works, why something hurts,… I saw him regularly for five months and finally progressed to just as needed.
