Hey all, was curious of what pain meds do people turn to when they have a flair. I use Aleve tylanol and ibuprofen. Sometimes they don’t work and was curious if anyone take stronger stuff?

Ask your doctor to refer you to a pain clinic. Before you go to the appt, every day write down your worst pain levels 0-10 scale for a week or two before the appt. Maybe that'll be something to help them understand how much you hurt and how often.

Delta 8 is the best. I use it with melatonin - sleep like a baby. Its even legal in Alabama which is defintely the most conservative state

Ok, because I use blood thinners I can't use anything with aspirin. So I take Tramodol. I don't like taking them because they do so little for my pain. I tried a couple of gummies; but because I was afraid of getting so high I didn't take enough. I have heard some stories about them, that they sould like LSD or something from back in the '70's...no no no. No longer that young or stupid ...lol...so will the Delta 8 take me back to those days? Or maybe half way there; which would be ok....I occasionally use Tylenol 3. Or currently I have been using the liquid marijuana (pen) when I need something stronger than Tramadol or Tylenol 3's. My pain usually is not from my Lupus
per se, I have osteoporosis my bones break easily (common in lupus patients) I broke my ankle, almost a year ago,, it is still healing,, and is still painful.. a month ago I sprain my other ankle. So not directly lupus symptoms..
Douginnc please tell more about these Delta 8 gummies. Thank you...sorry I know that I go on and on.
