@A MyLupusTeam Member  I'm on plaquenil and imuran, and the pain stopped for the time being.

I also was on prednisone not so long ago, for 20 days.

I rarely take pain meds. Since I started treatment with imunossupressants I find they deal with the pain much better than any NSAIDs. When the pain hits harder, my rheumatologist tells me to take prednisone for a few weeks or days.

I've never taken tramadol, but have read it is addictive. Am I wrong?

Hugs to you!

Started Tramadol in 2007 and it worked for several years. Now take stronger. I couldn't have worked without the pain meds the last 10 years. Sometimes the meds don't knock down all the pain so I suffer.

I can’t take anything except tylenol because of GAVE. I want to try CBD oil and see if that helps with some of my symptoms.
