Genlanco my bp went down and I will make appointment Monday to my pcp. I felt okay not to go to the ER. I will let you know why I’m having dizziness and light headed after eating or during the day. I know I drank orange juice and ate now. My body seems went back to normal which my BP . I will let you know next week. Thank you hugs ♥️🙏

I’d definitely get checked out. Your blood pressure is a little high. Are you on steroids because they do that to me or low blood sugar ?

I’m going through that right now. And I have experienced this many times in the past. I have had to go to the ER on many occasions. Do what feels best for you and do not feel bad for going to the ER. Do you have a rheumatologist? If so that is who I would be wanting to see.

I also feel like that with a low grade fever my RA just more or less brushed it off so I just stay in bed when that happens to sometimes it least 1 day and others up to 4 days I will keep you and all lupus’s people in my prayers🙏🙏🙏
