Periodically and acutely I have the feeling that I’ve lost every bit of energy I have. Kind of like a wet noodle feeling. I can’t keep my eyes open and can’t do anything but sleep it off even if that means pulling over in the car and napping in a parking lot. After an hour or two nap then I feel much better and can continue my day fairly normally. Does anyone else experience something like this?

Yes. It is unpredictable. Sometimes, I get to the point that I totally lose energy, the voice, the ability to speak, think, move.

I’m always fatigued, but this is extra and it comes on so quickly. Does that ever happen to you?

Yes, I have chronic fatigue, also. It is so healthy for you to take a nap or rest when you need it.
