I have Reynauds and Chilblains lupus. I have painful sores/ blisters/ ulcers that come up in the bottom of my feet, toes, between them, on top on my toes & also happens in my fingers/ hands. So painful, swollen and at times it interferes with walking and being able to even wear shoes. Most days I wear my Ugg’s my hubby has bought bc of this ongoing situation that seems to be getting worse or time or each flare, I have so many pairs as I do shoes. I also have chilbains. Does yours ever start itching? Good Lord. My one toe is so purple it looks like it is, oh what is that called, frost bit. I can't stand wool though, makes it worse. I use all cotton socks and usually just wear slippers in my classroom with my cotton socks. They suggested soaking my feet in Epsom Salt, too. I haven't noticed a change, though and I don't do well with sitting on hard surfaces. I try not to itch, but boy, they get to me. I need to get some Calamine lotion and see if that works.

I do not take baths. I am freakey about baths. I have enough issues and all I can think of, is I'm sitting in bath water with dirty bath water. Gross. I do use steroid creams when my feet get out of control. I just get SO tired of going into the doctor that I will wait until I can't take it anymore before I go in. I feel like that is all I do is go to the doctor. I go in and they all know me by name. Is anyone else like that?

I looked it up yesterday, but just checked treatments. Are you taking a calcium channel blocker and topical steroid creams?

I hope and pray that it gets better each day. I know what pain in the feet feels like. It's not easy getting things accomplished with painful feet
