Hi, I got off imuran in a week and started methotrexate. Im not sure if the heartbeat was fine rightaway but it’s been one month to methotrexate and Praise be to Allah, I my heartbeat (which was high even before i was diagnosed) is much better. I also got treated for iron deficiency but it did not immediately affect my heart rate.

That's one of the disadvantage but if you have eye specialist then it's okay because through your eye specialist they can monitor your eye sight and tell you if it's okay or not that's what I'm doing.
