About the time I started having symptoms of Lupus I went from being pretty laid back to high anxiety and anger that I can’t seem to let go of. It’s really effecting my life in a negative way.
I take klonopin and lexapro for my nerves and anxiety and it helps.
I have severe panic and anxiety attacks from the remission of my Grave's disease / hyperthyroidism. I have mild depression. I have others in my story. The big one was when I was diagnosed with SLE lupus in Jan 2020. I through a lot of moods. Also goung through menopause since 35 yrs. Old. I go one day at a time. I try to find things to keep me busy and calm. Prayers to u.

Thanks so much for everyone’s input. I love this site. I have always lived in my head I think but it’s pretty uncomfortable up there right now. Lol. Nice to have real communication with everyone here whilst still remaining safe and sound at home. I’m so grateful.
The anxiety yes but no to the anger. With the anxiety I do my best to think positive and sing little songs out loud. I pray things get better.
