Can you have lupus with negative ANA but low c3 and c4? I have extreme fatigue, mouth sores hair loss dry skin/eyes and rashes.

I have an aunt with lupus, she encouraged me to get blood work done. Last year I did and negative ANA, but low c3 and c4...the symptoms continue so I just did them again...same results...negative ANA but low C3 and C4...what does this mean? Thanks for your comments and advice! 💜

My doctor said that the labs can look good when you are not in a flare.
