I have been experiencing for two months now chronic hives and rashes all over my torso. I have been placed on multiple steroid creams, non-drowsy antihistamines, 30mg prednisone ( which makes me very fatigued), anti-Inflamatories. Nothing helps not even the slightest. Intense itching and stinging, can’t sleep. Does anyone have experience or suggestions ?

You do need sensitive skin bodywash! You'll grow to love using it as well!

Cetaphil cream was helpful for a few years. Now I slather olive or other oil on my body right before I get out of the shower and only use Cetaphil1x-2x per week. My other tricks are:
(i) eliminating wheat because I noticed that if I went a few days without bread or pasta there would be fewer or less intense hives;
(ii) avoiding tight clothes;
(iii) not leaving an arm or leg to rest on a hard surface for more than a few minutes;
(iv) applying maximum strength Cortizone*10 the minute I feel the tingle start, and
(v) eating Benedryl like candy when nothing else works.

Obviously my bag has multiple tricks because nothing works all the time.

Hope you get relief!

I'm experiencing the same, nothing helps, even my hair touching my face bothers me, my skin feels like it's crawling, and the itch is awful, I mixed apple cider vinegar and water this morning and dabbed it on, feels a little better, love and hugs

Yes! I have ran my route with that! My lupus dr sent me to a dermatologist friend of his. He started me on Dupixent. They told me it can take up to 16 weeks to notice a change. But after about a month I have hardly used any creams at all! And I believe it's helped my kidney and colon problems!
