I was prescribed Gabapentin for arthritis. It did help for a short time. I then quit when I didn't think it was doing anything. Just a note: My dog had arthritis & he was given Gabapentin. Be aware Gabapentin is now considered a 'controlled substance". 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Yes I know the feeling I was very stressed in the beginning of my journey and I was so upset with everyone who told me I looked great, but I didn't feel great especially coming from professionals because I was not in a beauty contest I was in a doctors office...SMH but I started looking into my faith and slowly I found out that I had to take control and not give them anymore of my money I fired them and got some different doctors I kept on that journey until now I have a team of doctors ready to fight for me. Don't let them steal the little bit of happiness we have left and take control of what you can control and that's getting a new set of eyes that understand and that are also compassionate to your feelings. You should not have to feel like that every time you walk out of a doctors office it's not good for your health you will develop other symptoms because of the frustration. I have been on Gabapentin for 15 years now I'm at 1200mg 1 tab in the AM 600mg and one at night. At first I didn't see the difference so I started taking it when I could remember and certain pains came back with a vengeance like muscle aches and even my skin was hurting really weird. But for the last 5 years I've been taking it religiously and my skin pain is gone and the muscle aches subsided tremendously. I do have joint pain and swelling which I think Gabapentin is not good for. Hope this helps and God bless

I took it for several years. Then it turned on me. It was unpleasant to quit it.

I take it twice a day and it WORKS! It is part of my daily cocktail of GAPAENTIN(neurotonin), PLAQUENIL (HCQ), DICLOFENAC and now Benlysta but this last one is brand new for me.
