Anyone taking magnesium glycinate? Are we okay to take people with lupus? I hear good benefits about it like bone health, maintain normal heart rhythm and also help anxiety. Have a great afternoon to all of you

It promotes bone health, manages blood sugar in people w/diabetes or may lower risk of developing type 2. Also reduces PMS and helps maintain normal heart rhythms. I plan on buying some.
