Sorry for the delay on response but been super busy.
I have been taking the CN-SP and I think that it has helped me quite a lot. I still have some arthritis pain in hands in the morning as well as stiffness, but less than before. My knees feel better. I recovered quite fast from my surgery in November, my surgeon and others were surprised . I have not had any adverse response to it.
